🧬 Photo-Curable Bioink
GelMA
Methacrylated Gelatin
GelMA is a photocurable biomaterial synthesized by functionalizing native gelatin with methacryloyl groups.
It retains the biological activity of gelatin and rapidly crosslinks under light (e.g., 405 nm UV / visible light) in the presence of photoinitiators,
forming a hydrogel with a defined 3D network. It exhibits excellent biocompatibility and supports cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation.

🧫 Photo-Curable Bioink
HAMA
Methacrylated Hyaluronic Acid
HAMA is a photocrosslinkable derivative of hyaluronic acid (HA) modified with methacryloyl groups.
It preserves the intrinsic biocompatibility and hydrophilicity of HA, and forms stable hydrogel networks upon light exposure via its photoreactive moieties.
HAMA can be degraded by endogenous hyaluronidases with tunable degradation kinetics.
