3D Scaffold
In Vitro 3D Culture & ECM Modelling
Standardised 3D cell culture and ECM modelling platform for academic research laboratories
Our 3D Scaffold is an aligned microfiber cell culture substrate fabricated by Melt Electrowriting (MEW). Manufactured from medical-grade PCL polymer with precise writing control, the scaffold delivers defined fibre diameters from 15–100 μm and regular pore geometry of 100–500 μm, with a 2D porosity of 73.5%.

ECM Culture Scaffold
Scalable ECM Biomanufacturing
Parameterisable, customisable 3D scaffolds for industrial ECM production workflows
The ECM Culture Scaffold is engineered for scalable in vitro extracellular matrix manufacturing. Built on the identical MEW technology platform as the research variant, using medical-grade PCL/PLLA feedstock. Digital process control enables full parametric tuning of fibre diameter, pore size (100–500 μm), and scaffold thickness (0.1–1 mm), tailored to downstream biomanufacturing requirements.
